busy

had another busy day at work today...till i decided that enough was enough. i needed a break. so after i handed in a proposal at singapore power building, i called up some friends to join in on the action, but alas, everyone was busy. i only managed to get jason and lee hsin to go to ice cold beer after that. we had our dinner and shit there....read about it on blinkymummy's blog if you're interested. don't have the strength to write about it.

was supposed to meet an old friend today after work. this girl that i had a major crush on when i was back in secondary school. her name is betty. she works somewhere behind the singapre power building, so i actually called her up after my appointment today, and arranged to meet her for dinner...but then she messaged me 10 minutes later to say that she didn't want to make me wait till 8pm (which is when she was supposed to have met me), so she postponed the dinner till next week...

betty was one of the few girls that i found attractive back in secondary school. the sentiment was shared amongst most of my "river valley high gang". i asked billy to come along, but he was too concerned about playing out his other friend whom he had already made plans with...so fuck that. anyway, it didn't happen...i'm supposed to meet her next thursday...

ice cold beer was ok...the dj was very obliging and played most of the songs that lee hsin requested for...but that was about it. we left at around 10. that's about it.
