i met an old friend yesterday...
betty
betty was from my secondary school...you can read about some of the crazy things we did. we went to 鼎泰豐 (ding tai feng) at paragon for dinner, and had the standard issue of 小菜 (seaweed and veggie), 酸辣汤 (hot and sour soup), 拉面 (noodles), and my personal favourite 小龙包 (dumplings). everyone seems to order the same things when they go there...maybe they should just come up with a set meal of the above-mentioned food... =)
afterwards, we made our way to nydc outside heeren, where we shared a nice healthy portion of manhattan mudpie...chocolate always seem to make girls happy. haha.

then betty showed me some of the photos that she took on her trip to cambodia last week...she got some pointers from jo. we went through 88 pages of her picture-diary-journal!!!

then i got a call from my alcoholic colleague, jaime, who insisted that we go to ice cold beer (muahaha)...where she promptly became good friends with betty.

jaime kept telling betty my dark secrets from the office...blah blah blah...one thing led to another before they had yet another titillating conversation that i wished i hadn't started.
moby: so, how old do you think jaime is?
betty: *looks at jaime* you look like you're only 22...
*moby faints*
jaime: you're kidding! don't bluff lah! i look so much older than you...
betty: no lah! YOU look younger! *giggle giggle*
jaime: no way...YOU are definitely younger! *giggle giggle*"
*moby wakes up, pukes...faints again*
jaime: btw...where do you go for your manicures?
*moby goes off in search of higher intelligence*

betty had to leave cuz she wasn't feeling well in the first place...kudos to her for even coming out... =)
jason and fiona decided to come and take her place. i think fiona likes jason. muahahahaha.
